Cut Point Optimization (CPO): Haverly’s proprietary CPO Technology embeds the real-time execution of our industry leading H/CAMS Crude Assay Management System into the optimization algorithm to accurately determine optimal distillation cut points, and predict stream properties more accurately than legacy Swing Cut optimization methods.
Process Simulator Interface (PSI): H/Planet incorporates external non-linear simulators into the optimization as an integral part of the LP system. PSI models may be used to model any process or blending operation. This state-of-the-art PSI technology is easy to configure and operates seamlessly with the H/Planet optimization engine.
Multi Location and Multi Period Modeling: H/Planet can model multiple locations (e.g. thousands of processing sites, terminals and distribution points) and multiple periods (e.g. days, months, seasons or years) in a single model.
Transportation Modeling: H/Planet optimizes transfers of material from one location to another through a distribution network, utilizing multiple transportation modes and routes. The system also optimizes the use of exchange agreements or swaps.
