Serge Mennecier is an independent consultant providing LP modelling services to CONCAWE (Environmental Science for European Refining) and more generally to refining industry, for about 4 years. Previously, he worked for more than 10 years in Axens (a Process licensor and Catalyst supplier for refining industry), where he was managing the Studies & Support Group, providing LP modelling and Costs estimation for worldwide refining configuration studies and LP models upgrading programs.
